Con riguardo ai dati personali relativi all’esecuzione di misure precontrattuali o eventualmente del contratto di cui Lei è parte la mancata comunicazione dei dati personali impedisce il perfezionarsi del rapporto stesso.

DATI TRATTATI

MODALITÀ E DURATA DEL TRATTAMENTO DEI DATI
Il trattamento viene effettuato anche con modalità informatiche e telematiche, esclusivamente dal personale e da collaboratori dell’Agenzia. Al di fuori di queste ipotesi i dati personali non vengono comunicati a terzi, se non nei casi specificamente previsti dal diritto nazionale o dell’Unione europea, né vengono sottoposti ad alcun processo decisionale interamente automatizzato, ivi compresa la profilazione.
I soli dati inerenti le caratteristiche degli immobili oggetto di compravendita possono essere invece oggetto di diffusione, anche su altri siti, proprio allo scopo di favorire le chances di conclusione positiva delle intermediazioni immobiliari.
I Suoi dati personali, oggetto di trattamento per le finalità sopra indicate, vengono conservati per il periodo di durata del rapporto e, successivamente, per il tempo in cui il titolare sia soggetto a obblighi di conservazione per finalità fiscali o per altre finalità, previsti, da norme di legge o regolamento. DIRITTI DELL’INTERESSATO
